Measure
A Letters-to-the-Editor Responses
During
campaigns, it is not uncommon for one side or the other of an issue to have
letters-to-the-editor (LTEs), or articles, published that are “technically
correct” (meaning that there is some truth in the letter), but that the thrust
of the letter is out-of-context with the “big picture”.
Given
the limits on letters-to-the-editor by most papers, having a “shoot out”
between two sides of a political issue is not likely. The NO-on-Measure A
campaign will be issuing Measure A LTE-Responses to
insure that interested parties have access to our answers to letters that
require responses.
